Module 1: Laptop Anatomy, Power Architecture & Motherboard Schematics
Week 1 – 2- •Anatomy of modern laptops (Intel, AMD, Apple Silicon)
- •Understanding power rails: 19V DC-IN, 3.3V/5V Always-On, VCORE, RAM rails
- •Reading digital schematics and boardviews (CAD/BRD formats)
- •Using digital multimeters, oscilloscope, and bench power supply safely
Module 2: Practical Micro-Soldering & Component-Level Repair
Week 3 – 4- •Hot air rework station calibration, flux types, and solder alloys
- •Replacing surface-mount devices (SMD), capacitors, chokes, and MOSFETs
- •Fixing broken DC power jacks, USB-C ports, and HDMI connectors
- •Thermal camera inspection for short circuits and ground faults
Module 3: Screen, Battery, Liquid Damage & Firmware Recovery
